Doctor Who Alternate Universe - “I could ask you the same question, Doctor.”

THE GODS OF FANDOM HAVE SMILED ON ME TODAY
Awesome! Even though Sally Sparrow is very different from Daisy Buchanan, but still… can this be canon? (Not Sally turning into Daisy, but her meeting the Doctor again in another time.)
You know, I think you will be just … splendid.
One of my favorite guest companions. :)

After one year and five seasons, I’ve finally watched all the Third Doctor episodes!
I have to say, out of the first three doctors, the Third is my least favorite. After the Second, who was quite silly and whom I really liked, I found the Third Doctor a little bit too serious. Hmm… “serious” might not be the right word. After all, Nine was quite serious compared to the others and I liked him just fine. I guess the Third Doctor is just too normal compared to the other Doctors. That’s it, he’s the least eccentric of all the Doctors I’ve watched so far. And the First Doctor was right: he’s a bit of a dandy.
I really liked Liz Shaw, the Third Doctor’s first companion. She doesn’t let the Doctor — who is quite bossy in this reincarnation — order her around. She’s smart and confident and she’s a brilliant physicist. She might not know all that the Doctor knows, but she understands more of his “scientific ramblings” than most of the other companions before and after her. Oh, and she’s a redhead. (I’ve always been a bit partial to them ever since the Weasleys.)
And of course, Sarah Jane Smith. Halfway through her first ever episode, I began to understand why she has been called the best companion of all time. She’s very headstrong. If she wants to do something, she goes ahead and does it. Most of the other companions before her wait for the Doctor’s permission, but not Sarah Jane. She was, I think, the perfect counterbalance to the very arrogant Third Doctor.
Now I’m off to Tom Baker’s era, and more of Sarah Jane Smith. :)
“Oh Amy, I hear the song of your sadness.”
“Oh Amy, I hear the song of your sadness.”
“I’m not sad.”
“Then why are you crying?”Spent many, many hours livestreaming and working on this painting - my tribute and goodbye to the magnificent Amy Pond (and how she inspired the greatest painter that ever lived!) I of course purposely researched Van Gogh works such as Starry Night and Sunflowers and would like to think if Amy stayed for a portrait, Vincent painted something like this.
“The Song of Your Sadness” is a companion piece to “The Roar of Our Stars.”

It’s been a week since The Angels Take Manhattan, in which Amy stands by her decision in Amy’s Choice, a decision she’s made over and over again: Rory over her Raggedy Doctor. The boy who’s been with her all her life over the man she’s wished for ever since she was a little girl waiting to be saved from her boring, ordinary life.

It’s all very admirable and touching, but… BUT… what I don’t understand is why the Doctor can never see her again. Why “never”?

I wonder what this makes Rory.
